Would you rather have a 3-day weekend every week or have an extra month of summer vacation?

If I had the choice to have a 3-day weekend every week or
have an extra month of summer vacation, I would rather have a 3-day
weekend every week. If I had a 3-day weekend instead of 2 days, I would
get a lot more done! In addition, I would not have to work as much, and I
could spend more time working out, shopping, reading, relaxing, and
hanging out with my friends. Plus, I would not feel so rushed on my
weekends. I could even go out of town for long weekends and visit family
and friends! I prefer having a 3-day weekend rather than having
another month of summer vacation.

I would rather have three day weekends because if you add it up it is more than one month. Also summer after a while gets boring, and you want to go back to school to see your friends. Plus weekends are short and feel like one day.
I would rather have a three day weekend every week instead of an extra month in the summer. If I had a three day weekend every week I would get more time to do stuff that I like year round. I like the three day weekend because if you are having a friend over on the three day weekend in the school year you would get to have more friends over, but if you had extra month in the summer your friend might be out of town. A three day weekend every week would mean less work time if you worked year round because you still have to work in the summer, but not on weekends. Overall I think a three day weekend every week would be better because it's less work time and more fun time.
I would rather have an extra month of summer vacation. I would rather have an extra month of summer vacation because a three day weekend would be a shorter break and I think students need to have a longer break of summer and we keep our weekends two days a week. I think this because over the summer I really like the summer because its so beautiful out side. I would rater still just have Saturday and Sunday off. We already kind of have a two-and-a-half day weekend because we have Half of Friday day off so we kind of already have a three day weekend. Having one more month of summer vacation is like having an extra month of relaxation.

If I had to choose, I would choose a long summer and a short weekend. I would have a long summer because I like Fridays on school days. I feel bored many more then the others day. Second, I don't have to wake up for an extra month. The 3-day thing is only ONE extra day. Lastly I have a extra month for summer camps which is going to be AWESOME!

For my would you rather, I would choose an extra month of summer. Because we already have some three day weekends like: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Martin Luther King Jr day, and many more. Plus, we have long breaks like: Spring Break, Fall Break, Winter Break, and many more. Also, if we had an extra month of summer, we could take more vacations, whereas it won't be much fun staying at the beach or the mountains for a day or even less. So that's why I think the weekends are fine as they are, and like would like an extra month of summer.

I chose this because...I think that a three and a half month summer would get old quick! I would enjoy a three day weekend because i would love to have three days to rest and do nothing, not three months of summer.

If I had a choice between a three day weekend and an extra month of summer I would choose a three day weekend. I would be able to relax more and get more done on the weekend. During summer you could get bored and not know what to do for another month. You can feel less stressed out on the weekends because you have so much to do. Those are the reasons why I would rather have a three day weekend.
If I had a choice of a three day weekend,I would pick a three day weekend. I would pick that because you would probably get really bored and tire of summer. Also I would miss my friends over the summer because I couldn't have them over or something like that. But at school you can spend time with your friends and also have fun. I like summer just the way it is but I wish that we could have a three day weekend.
I would have to got with the longer summer because it would be more time to have when its warm outside. If we had a longer week end than when the year passes around it will be cold and rainy. Summer is also better because you would more things are open and better to go to in the summer. The last reason is that in summer you get to go to camps and if you had more time in the summer you could have more time to go to camps. Therefore I think its better to have a longer summer of having a longer weekend.
I would rather have a 3 day weekend. Because, I could have more time to play with my friends. I could also have more time to do weekend home work. I would also have more time to spend with my family. So that is why I want to have A 3 DAY WEEKEND .
I would rather have a 3 day weekend because if we had an extra month of summer and other school didn't, then we might not get to go to camps and then we would get bored. Also all your friends would be at school while you are at home bored out of your wits. Then your mom would probably make you do math workbooks all day. So I like school the way it is!!

Summer only comes once a year, and although you might start taking a three day weekend for granted, There is also more no-school days than an extra month of summer would provide. On three day weekends, you would feel like you had more time in the day. For me, a weekend always zooms away on a sun-bound meteorite;you never get a chance to sleep in what with everything schedule for the weekends.
I would rather have a three day weekend. One reason I would like to have three day weekends because you get one hundred and eight day less of school spaced out instead of 31 days in a row. Another reason I want to have a 3 day weekend is you don’t get home work from Monday.

I would rather have 3-day weekends. It would give you more time to get rest for the week. Also it would be weird and stressful to have school on the week ends, plus everybody complains that that it's hard to go back to school on Mondays. If we had a three day weekend we wouldn't have to go to school on Mondays. Problem solved.
Dear Ms. Sikes, I would rather have another month of summer vacation than three day weekends all year. My first reason is that I love summer break and when it ends I always go to school . anything more, so I think that would be a good solution to my little problem. My second reason would be that if you had three day weekends, on the last day you get stressed. I for one don't like that feeling so I would want a longer summer so I wouldn't want that feeling. My last reason is that you can have sleepovers every week, but if you have to go to school you won't have that opportunity.
