In the second poem I read, The Falling Star, it was about somebody who sees a falling star, and names what she saw.
I chose the poem, Life Doesn't Frighten Me, becuase the poet's ryhming was great.

The first poem I read, “Life Doesn't Frighten Me", is about a lot of scary things that we might be scared of and tells the reader she/he isn't.
The second poem I read,"The Falling Star", is about a beautiful falling star.
I vote for "Life Doesn’t Frighten me". I like how the writer made the words rhyme and can still stay on topic. "The Falling Star", just doesn't have a deep thinking story that the reader will be interested in. I also love how the writer gives supporting reasons or examples.

The first poem, "Life doesn't Frighten Me," was about a girl who was not afraid of tehe things most people are afraid of.
The second poem,"The Falling Star," was about someone seeing a shooting star fade away from the sky.
I really think the poem that deserves to win is "Falling Star" because it has more meaning and a purpose to it. What I like the most is how they describe the star and how the writer used similes.

The first poem that I read was called, "Falling Star". It is about a star in the sky that is very bright and looks like it is on fire. The poem describes the star falling in the sky.
The second was a poem called, "Life Doesn't Frighten Me". It describes a person who is not afraid of anything. Nothing scares them.
I chose the first poem, "Falling Star". I think that the author used very good rhyming words. He also did a great job describing the star as it falls.
The first poem,"Life Doesn't Frighten Me," is about a person who isn't scared of anything that happens in their life.
The second poem,"The Falling Star," is about a star that's falling from the sky, and what you can do with the star.
I choose,"The Falling Star." I choose,"THe Falling Star," because it has a better story to it, it rhymes, and it's really deap.

The first poem I read was called, "Life Doesn't Frighten me." This poem is about all of the things in this girls life that do not frighten her.
The second poem I read was called, "The Falling Star." This poem is about a star that is sliding down the sky.
The poem I chose was called, "Life Doesn't Frighten Me." One reason why I chose this poem is because I can make a connection. The connection is that life doesn't frighten me either. This poem has a lot of rhyming in it, and that is what makes stand out. I can visualize a lot of the actions in this poem. I love the comparisons in this poem. For example, "Panthers in the park, strangers in the dark, no, they don't frighten me at all.
The first poem called " Life Doesn't Frighten Me" is about a girl that is not afraid of anything. She is not afraid of spiders, ghost, mean dogs, dragons that breath fire, shadows, and many more things. I can relate to her because I'm not scared of anything.
The second poem called " The Falling Star " is about a star in the sky that is falling. It is so fast you can not see it in the sky. It is so bright you can barely see it in the sky. You can make wishes on it, and you can dream on it.
I choose " Life Doesn't Frighten Me" because it has figurative language, I can relate to it, and it has more feeling to it.
"Life Doesn't Frighten Me" is about a girl who is not afraid of life and has a charm that helps her.
"The Falling Star" is about a girl who saw a shooting star and could only make wishes on it.
I choose "Life Doesn't Frighten Me" because it explains all of the things that she is not afraid of. I also like it because it rhymes. I love the meaning too. The meaning is that if you don't let the hard and scary things in your way then you will have more fun. God will help you do that.

I liked "Life Doesn't Frighten Me" better because it had great description and great connection to real life. The poet used the perfect amount of rhyme too. I liked how the poet did not tell who was saying this, and this could be from anyone’s perspective
The first poem,"Life Doesn't Frighten me," is about a person who isn't afraid of anything. Ex. The shadows on the wall, the noises down the hall life doesn't frighten them at all.
The second poem,"Falling Star," is about a star that is beautiful, amazing even. A star that is too beautiful to be bought or sold. A star that is going too fast to hold.
I like the second poem,"Falling Star," because it rhyme's. When it says the star is going too fast to hold it's telling me to keep trying; to reach out, and grab that star that one and only chance to have something like that. A new start a chance in life to start over and make things right again.

The first poem I read was Life Doesn't Fighten Me. It was about a girl and life doesn't frighten her and if she is scared it is in a dream.
The second poem I read was Roger The Dog. It was about a lazy dog who just sleeps all day. But this is just a prediction but I think he was old to so that might be th case.
My personal favorite was Life Doesn't Frighten me. I chose this poem because it relates to me.

Falling Star is about a beautiful shooting star and a person watching it and name things of it's persnality.
I choose Falling Star because I like the detail and the way it ryhmes and how the author makes it sound beautiful.

The poem,” The Falling Star," is about a kid that looks into the night sky and spots a star that is different from all the other stars. Then it slowly fades away in the moonlight sky.
In the poem, “Life Doesn’t Frighten Me,” is about this girl saying that you should never be afraid of your life no matter what happens.
I would choose, “The Falling Star,” because it had a lot more meaning in it. It was also short but it still described what was happening well. It also had more writers’ craft.

I read a poem called "The Falling Star." It is about a star that is falling from the sky and is only in the air for a short amount of time, and you have to make a wish right when you see the star because you can only see it for a short amount of time.
I also read a poem called "Life Doesn't Frighten Me." It is about a girl who is not afraid of anything and isn't afraid to try new things. She isn't even afraid when the boys pull on her pigtails.
My favorite poem was "The Falling Star." That one was my favorite because I thought that it was short but even while it was short it was very meaningful and very detailed.

The poem I vote for is (drumroll please) "Life Doesn't Frighten Me". I chose it because it rhymed, had a good meaning, and made sense. Strangely enough the whole story seems like one big metaphor because the girl figuratively means she is not afraid of anything.

The poem, “Life Doesn’t Frighten Me”, is about a girl who is not scared of anything. Even things people are usually scared of.
I liked the poem, “The Falling Star”, because the girl sees a beautiful and perfect star. Also because I liked how it was short, but meaningful.
The first poem I read was "Life Doesn’t Frighten Me." When I read it I thought about it, I thought that some of the things that she is not frightened by neither am I! I also liked how it rhymed.
The second poem I read was "The Falling Star." I have seen a shooting star once or twice so I know how pretty they are.
I choose "The Falling Star." Because I like how the author rhymed at all the ends of the sentences.

I like "Falling Star" because I thought it had a better meaning. I thought it was really good because it had a good flow. It also meant more to me than "Life Doesn’t Frighten Me." I think “Falling Star” should win!!!

I chose "Falling Star" becuase I like that it rhymes. Also even though it's a small poem it kind of teaches a lesson. I can connect to this poem becuase some things I have can be too lovley or can be gone forever in the wink of an eye.
The first poem in the final four is “Life Doesn’t Frighten Me” is about a new girl in school who is not afraid of anything. Not even snakes, or lions. If she ever gets afraid of things they happen in her dreams.
The second poem “The Falling Star” is about a star falling north and the star is very pretty and priceless. It is only good for wishes, and then the star will be gone.
I am voting for “The Falling Star”. I really like how the poet used some figurative language. For example the poet put the line “I saw a star slide down the sky”. I also like how it all rhymes. It makes the poem flow really well together.
